POKOLE

  1. All the folding arm crane models currently produced by Sany Palfinger are original imports of models that have been sold in Europe for more than 10 years. They adopt the same design and quality control standards as those of its parent company, Palfinger.
  2. Ultra-low self-weight. Thanks to advanced processing techniques and design concepts, together with high-strength steel materials, and the use of imported Saab steel plates for some key and crucial parts, the self-weight of the crane is reduced while ensuring its lifting capacity. This increases the cargo carrying capacity for customers and improves fuel economy.
  3. Telescopic jibs, remote controls, winches, auxiliary tools, etc. can be optionally selected from the original factory according to customers’ needs. There are mature design solutions, enabling one machine to serve multiple purposes.
  4. High-pressure filters are standard equipment for all models in the series. This can improve the cleanliness of the oil, reduce crane failures, and extend the service life. The cranes are also equipped with super-large span rotating outriggers.
  5. High-speed movement system of the telescopic arm. The return oil re-enters the pressure circuit instead of flowing back to the control valve. The increased hydraulic pressure makes the cylinder move faster.

HI'O

ʻO ka Ka Uila 14.6 Ton Knuckle Boom Crane is a highly efficient and versatile heavy – equipment solution, designed to meet the demands of various lifting operations.

Impressive Lifting Capacity

Boasting a 14.6 – tona hiki ke hapai, this crane is well – suited for handling a wide range of loads. It can easily lift construction materials like steel girders, large – sized pipes, a ma mua – fabricated building components. Ma nā hana kūkulu, whether it’s erecting multi – story buildings or building bridges, the crane’s substantial lifting force ensures that materials are moved precisely to their intended positions. The hydraulic system integrated into the crane offers smooth and stable lifting, enabling operations to be carried out with utmost safety and reliability.

Flexible Knuckle Boom Structure

The knuckle boom design of this crane is a key feature that sets it apart. Composed of multiple articulated sections, it provides remarkable flexibility. Operators can navigate the crane around obstacles in tight workspaces, which is especially beneficial in urban construction sites or industrial areas with limited access. The ability to adjust the boom’s angle and position with precision allows for accurate load placement. This not only enhances the efficiency of the lifting process but also minimizes the risk of accidents during operations.

Precise Control and Operation

Equipped with advanced control systems, the Sany 14.6 – ton knuckle boom crane offers operators precise control over its movements. The control panel is designed to be intuitive, enabling smooth and accurate extension, retraction, and rotation of the boom. Real – time monitoring devices keep track of the load status, boom position, and other crucial operating parameters. This provides operators with the information they need to make informed decisions and perform tasks with high precision.

Mobility and Adaptability

Mounted on a reliable carrier, the crane offers good mobility. It can be transported to different job sites quickly and efficiently, reducing the time and cost associated with equipment relocation. Eia kekahi, its relatively compact size compared to some larger cranes, combined with its maneuverability, allows it to adapt to various terrains and work environments. Whether it’s a small – scale renovation project or a large – scale infrastructure development, the crane can be deployed effectively.

Robust Safety Features

Safety is a top priority in the design of this crane. It is equipped with a comprehensive set of safety features. Load moment indicators constantly monitor the load and prevent overloading, while anti – ʻelua – block systems safeguard against hook – boom collisions. Adjustable outriggers provide enhanced stability during lifting operations, ensuring the safety of both the equipment and the operators. The operator’s cab is designed with ergonomics and safety in mind, offering excellent visibility and protection.

Durability and Low Maintenance

Constructed with high – quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, the Sany 14.6 – ton knuckle boom crane is built to last. Its components are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy – duty use, minimizing the frequency of breakdowns. This results in reduced maintenance requirements and downtime, making it a cost – effective choice for businesses. The durable construction ensures that the crane can maintain its performance over an extended period, providing long – term value for investment.
