POKOLE

  1. All the folding arm crane models currently produced by Sany Palfinger are original imports of models that have been sold in Europe for more than 10 years. They adopt the same design and quality control standards as those of its parent company, Palfinger.
  2. Ultra-low self-weight. With advanced processing techniques and design concepts, combined with high-strength steel materials, and the use of imported Saab steel plates for some critical parts, the self-weight of the crane is reduced while ensuring its lifting capacity. This increases the cargo carrying capacity for customers and improves fuel economy.
  3. Telescopic jibs, remote controls, winches, auxiliary tools, etc. can be optionally configured from the original factory according to customers’ needs. There are mature design solutions, enabling one machine to serve multiple purposes.
  4. High-pressure filters are standard equipment for all models in the series. This improves the cleanliness of the oil, reduces crane failures, and extends the service life. There are also super-large span rotating outriggers.
  5. High-speed movement system of the telescopic arm. The return oil re-enters the pressure circuit instead of flowing back to the control valve. The increased hydraulic pressure makes the cylinder move faster.

HI'O

ʻO ka Ka Uila 30.4 Ton Knuckle Boom Crane is a versatile and robust piece of heavy machinery, meticulously crafted to offer exceptional performance in diverse lifting applications.

Impressive Lifting Power

Boasting a 30.4-ton lifting capacity, this crane is well-suited for handling a wide range of heavy loads. It can effortlessly lift large construction elements such as prefabricated walls, substantial steel beams, and heavy industrial equipment. The advanced hydraulic system integrated within the crane ensures smooth, stable, and consistent lifting operations. Whether it’s for constructing multi-story buildings, setting up industrial plants, or handling heavy-duty infrastructure projects, the crane’s reliable lifting force provides the necessary support to get the job done efficiently and safely.

Flexible Knuckle Boom Structure

The knuckle boom design is a distinctive feature that sets the Sany 30.4-ton crane apart. Comprising multiple articulated segments, it offers remarkable flexibility and maneuverability. Operators can navigate around obstacles with ease and reach into confined spaces that are otherwise inaccessible to traditional cranes. This adaptability is particularly valuable in urban construction sites where space is limited or in industrial settings with complex layouts. The ability to precisely adjust the boom’s position and angle allows for accurate placement of the load, enhancing the overall efficiency and precision of the work being carried out.

Precise Control and Operation

Equipped with state-of-the-art control systems, the Sany 30.4-ton knuckle boom crane enables operators to have precise control over its movements. The intuitive control panel allows for smooth extension, retraction, and rotation of the boom. Advanced sensors and monitoring devices provide real-time feedback on the load status, boom position, and operating conditions, enabling operators to make informed decisions and avoid potential hazards. This level of control is crucial when dealing with delicate or valuable loads that require careful handling.

Mobility and Adaptability

Mounted on a sturdy and reliable carrier, the crane offers excellent mobility. It can be transported to different job sites quickly and easily, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Despite its significant lifting capacity, the crane maintains good maneuverability, allowing it to navigate through construction sites and industrial areas with relative ease. This adaptability makes it suitable for a wide variety of projects, from small-scale maintenance tasks to large-scale construction endeavors.

Robust Safety Features

Safety is a top priority in the design of the Sany 30.4-ton knuckle boom crane. It is equipped with a comprehensive set of safety features, including load moment indicators to prevent overloading, anti-two-block systems to avoid hook-boom collisions, and adjustable outriggers for enhanced stability during lifting operations. The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with excellent visibility and safety features to reduce operator fatigue and ensure a safe working environment.

Durability and Low Maintenance

Constructed using high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, the Sany 30.4-ton knuckle boom crane is built to last. Its components are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty use, minimizing the frequency of breakdowns and reducing maintenance requirements. This not only saves time and money but also ensures that the crane remains in optimal working condition for an extended period, making it a cost-effective investment for businesses.
