POKOLE

  1. All the folding arm crane models currently produced by Sany Palfinger are original imports of models that have been sold in Europe for more than 10 years. They adopt the same design and quality control standards as those of its parent company, Palfinger.
  2. Ultra-low self-weight. Thanks to advanced processing techniques and design concepts, together with high-strength steel materials, and the use of imported Saab steel plates for some key and important parts, the self-weight of the crane is reduced while ensuring its lifting capacity. This increases the cargo carrying capacity for customers and improves fuel economy.
  3. Telescopic jibs, remote controls, winches, auxiliary tools, etc. can be optionally selected from the original factory according to customers’ needs. There are mature design solutions, enabling one machine to serve multiple purposes.
  4. High-pressure filters are standard equipment for all models in the series. This can improve the cleanliness of the oil, reduce crane failures, and extend the service life. The cranes are also equipped with super-large span rotating outriggers.
  5. High-speed movement system of the telescopic arm. The return oil re-enters the pressure circuit instead of flowing back to the control valve. The increased hydraulic pressure makes the cylinders move faster.

HI'O

ʻO ka Ka Uila 7.6 Ton Knuckle Boom Crane is a remarkable piece of equipment, combining strength, hikiwawe, and advanced technology to meet the demands of various lifting operations.

Decent Lifting Capacity

Me a 7.6 – tona hiki ke hapai, this crane is well – suited for handling a range of loads. It can efficiently lift construction materials like medium – sized steel pipes, mua – cast concrete elements for small – scale buildings, and industrial components. Ma nā hana kūkulu, it can contribute to the erection of residential buildings, small – scale commercial structures, and the installation of machinery in factories. The hydraulic system ensures smooth and stable lifting, providing a reliable force for every task.

Flexible Knuckle Boom Design

The knuckle boom design is a key feature of this crane. Consisting of multiple articulated parts, it offers great flexibility. Operators can easily navigate around obstacles in tight workspaces. ʻo kahi laʻana, in urban areas where construction sites are often surrounded by existing buildings and limited in space, this crane can reach the required positions with ease. The ability to adjust the boom’s angle and position precisely allows for accurate load placement, which is crucial for the safety and efficiency of operations.

Precise Control System

Equipped with state – o – ka – art control mechanisms, the Sany 7.6 – ton knuckle boom crane enables operators to have fine – tuned control over its movements. The control panel is user – hoalohaloha, allowing for smooth extension, retraction, and rotation of the boom. Advanced sensors monitor the load status, boom position, and other operating conditions in real – time. ʻO kēia maoli – time feedback empowers operators to make informed decisions, avoiding potential risks and ensuring the safe execution of tasks.

Mobility and Adaptability

Mounted on a sturdy carrier, the crane offers good mobility. It can be transported to different job sites quickly and efficiently, reducing the time and cost associated with equipment relocation. Its relatively compact size compared to larger cranes makes it highly adaptable to various terrains and work environments. Whether it’s a narrow construction site in a historical district or a sloped terrain in a rural area, the crane can be deployed effectively.

Comprehensive Safety Features

Safety is a top priority in the design of this crane. It is equipped with a load moment indicator to prevent overloading, which is a common cause of crane accidents. An anti – ʻelua – block system is in place to avoid hook – boom collisions. Adjustable outriggers provide enhanced stability during lifting operations. The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with excellent visibility, reducing operator fatigue and ensuring a safe working environment.

Durability and Low Maintenance

Constructed with high – quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, the Sany 7.6 – ton knuckle boom crane is built to last. Its components are engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of heavy – duty use. This durability minimizes the frequency of breakdowns and reduces maintenance requirements. As a result, downtime is decreased, and long – term operating costs are cut down, making it a cost – effective investment for businesses.
