   Equipped with a high – performance engine from Dongfeng, the truck crane has sufficient power to handle heavy loads and operate under different terrains. The engine’s power output ensures smooth acceleration and reliable operation during transportation and lifting operations. It is engineered to provide the necessary torque to drive the vehicle and power the crane mechanism simultaneously.
2. Lifting Capacity
   With a nominal lifting capacity of 25 tonnas, this crane can handle a wide range of loads. It can lift heavy construction materials such as steel beams, concrete slabs, and pre – fabricated structures. In industrial settings, it can be used to load and unload heavy machinery with ease. The telescopic boom design allows for precise control of the lifting height and reach, enabling it to access difficult – to – reach areas on construction sites or in warehouses.
3. Telescopic Boom System
   The telescopic boom is a key feature of this crane. Made from high – strength alloy steel, it is both lightweight and durable. The multiple sections of the boom can be extended smoothly, providing an adjustable lifting height. The boom’s extension mechanism is hydraulically driven, allowing for quick and stable adjustments. This enables the crane operator to position the load accurately at different heights and distances from the base of the truck. The maximum reach of the telescopic boom ensures that it can cover a large working area without the need for frequent repositioning of the truck.

Mobility and Maneuverability

1. Truck Chassis Design
   The Dongfeng truck chassis provides excellent mobility. It is designed to be sturdy enough to support the weight of the crane and the load during operation. The chassis has a well – engineered suspension system that can absorb shocks and vibrations, ensuring a stable ride even on rough roads. The wheels and tires are selected to provide good traction and load – bearing capacity, allowing the crane to move easily on different surfaces such as asphalt, gravel, and dirt.
2. Turning Radius and Steering System

Safety Features

1. Load – Monitoring System
   To ensure safe lifting operations, the crane is equipped with a sophisticated load – monitoring system. This system constantly measures the weight of the load being lifted and compares it with the crane’s rated capacity. If the load approaches or exceeds the safe limit, the system will alert the operator, preventing overloading and potential accidents.
2. Stability Control
   During lifting, the crane’s stability is of utmost importance. It has a stability control mechanism that takes into account factors such as the position of the boom, the load weight, and the angle of the truck. Sensors on the crane detect any instability, and the system will automatically make adjustments, such as limiting the boom’s extension or movement, to maintain the crane’s balance.
3. Emergency Stop and Safety Devices
   There are emergency stop buttons located within easy reach of the operator both in the cab and near the control panel for the crane. In addition, safety devices such as limit switches are installed to prevent the boom from over – extending or the crane from operating in dangerous positions. These features work together to protect the operator, the equipment, and the surrounding environment.

Operator Comfort and Control

1. Cab Design
   The operator’s cab is designed with ergonomics in mind. It provides a comfortable seating position with good visibility of the working area. The controls inside the cab are laid out logically, allowing the operator to easily access and operate them. The cab is also equipped with climate – control systems to ensure a comfortable working environment regardless of the external weather conditions.
2. Crane Control System
   The control system for the crane is intuitive and precise. It allows the operator to control the telescopic boom’s extension and retraction, the rotation of the crane, and the lifting and lowering of the load with great accuracy. The controls are responsive, providing the operator with a sense of control over the complex lifting operations.
