The boom is made of Baosteel 960 material, which has high strength, light self-weight, and the boom extends and retracts smoothly!
The whole vehicle adopts a modular design. The structural parts are assembled after baking finish, giving it a beautiful appearance. Meanwhile, it is more convenient to inspect, repair, and replace parts!
The components of the hydraulic system are all from first-tier domestic brands, and some key components are imported brands. The design of the hydraulic pipeline has been optimized with a reasonable layout. There is no need to install an additional radiator, and it can always run stably regardless of severe cold or intense heat.
For the electric control system, we have set up two operation methods, namely the turntable and the remote control. And each operation point is equipped with a liquid crystal display as standard. Under either mode, the operation parameters (including working height, amplitude, angle, boom length, etc.) can be displayed in real time. Functions such as safety amplitude limitation, over-limit alarm locking, acceleration and deceleration, and buffering when the action is in place have been set.

1.Chassis Configuration:
The Tiger VR single-row cab (seating 2 people), equipped with a Xichai engine of 140 horsepower (single-cylinder, four-valve design, while competing products have two-valve design), a WLY 5-speed transmission, a 150mm double-layer frame, 7.00R16 steel wire tires, a wheelbase of 3300mm, a 5-ton rear axle (speed ratio 4.875, compared with 3.5 tons of competing products), air cut-off brakes, a 10L urea tank, with ABS, a 70L plastic fuel tank, leaf springs 3/7+3, air conditioning, power windows, central locking system, wedge brakes, and a special chassis for aerial work vehicles.

2.Upper Installation Configuration:
Shenbai Heavy Industry GKS20-6, a 5-ton 6-section boom crane, with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons, capable of lifting 550kg when the boom is fully extended, a maximum working height of 20 meters, a working radius of 15 meters, the lateral span of outriggers at 5150/4500mm, the longitudinal span of front and rear outriggers at 3400mm. The whole crane is processed with shot blasting and baking paint techniques.
