The 30-Ton Integrated Wrecker Upper Body is a heavy-duty towing and recovery system designed for recovering disabled trucks, buses, construction vehicles, and other large commercial vehicles. It integrates a high-capacity recovery boom, dual winches, and a heavy-duty rear underlift into one complete superstructure, providing both lifting and towing capabilities for demanding recovery operations.

The recovery system features a 30-ton-class hydraulic recovery boom constructed from high-strength G70 steel, together with two 15-ton main winches for controlled pulling and lifting operations. The three-stage rear underlift is also manufactured from G70 steel and can provide up to 16,000 kg lifting capacity when fully retracted, making the upper body suitable for heavy-duty vehicle towing and roadside recovery.

Designed for professional recovery fleets, the integrated wrecker’s upper body combines hydraulic operation, wireless remote control, English control interfaces, LED lighting, safety equipment, and practical tool storage. Its flexible boom and underlift configuration allows operators to handle different recovery positions while improving operational efficiency and control at the recovery site.
